Daeyang, 1977´de kuruluşundan bu yana, yeni teknolojilerin ve ürünlerin geliştirilmesi için sürekli yatırımlarına devam etmiştir. Aydınlatma ürünlerinin yanı sıra Haberleşme Sistemi, Güç Sistemleri, Sualtı Sistemleri ve Endüstriyel Sensörlerin de üretimine ve ürün geliştirmesine devam etmektedir.

Daeyang, 1988´de dahili bir Ar-Ge merkezi kurarak, teknoloji geliştirme konusunda öncü bir firma olma yolunda ilk adımlarını atmıştır. Daeyang, 2003 yılında hükümetinin de sunduğu destek ile yüksek olanaklara sahip teknik araştırma merkezi açılışını gerçekleştirmiştir.

Buna ek olarak; Daeyang ürünleri ve sistemleri performans ve kalitelerinin göstergesi olan IECEx, ATEX, ISO9001 / 14001, OSHAS 18001, ILAC / MRA gibi 1.500"den fazla uluslararası kalite standartları sertifikalarına sahiptir.

All of outdoor lighting are excellent for durability, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, vibration resistance and watertight because they are made by stainless steel 316L.

DAEYANG was selected as KOLAS testing certified company in September 2014 and we were capable of self-testing and validation for shock, vibration, watertight, light distribution and salt water. Because of this reason, our test reliability is very high such as impact resistance, vibration resistance, watertight and light distribution. In this way, we have been supplying lighting engineering and operating a 2D / 3D illumination calculation program by its own measured light distribution value.(Illumination of specific tasks / Illumination for dark adaption/Reduced Glare from light sources / Reflected glare / Brightness ratios / Lighting and controls / Workstation ilumination)

In case of outdoor fluorescent light, we have been producing and supplying enhanced durability and watertight products by not assembling gland but welding. Also, to improve the quality and reliability, we use global brand components for easy to purchase when need to replace parts.

By continuous research and development, we have been producing not only general classification request environment but also extremelylow temperatures of environment products and ongoing studies of the products suitable for environment of extremely high temperatures.

We are endeavouring to lead the lighting industry through the sustained R&D effort in developing up to date lighting technologies. Based on our recent effort on the application of LED as a new lighting source in 2012, the world first full LED Light ship was built with our LED Lights. Called as antenna pillar, Mast is stood on the center of deck perpendicularly. Upper of mast is installed by wireless antenna or signal flag, and used for installing of ship light and watchtower. The bottom is used for setting of derrick boom.

DAEYANG has been producing halogen, xenon searchlights for ship & offshore, and generous investing for continues research and development of searchlight. Thereby, we have developed environment friendly LED searchlight. Our two types of searchlights, fixed type and electric remote control type, have an advantage of cope flexibly to environment by three-step brightness adjustment function (50%, 75%, 100%).

LED searchlight of DAEYANG obtained CE certification, and its power consumption is reduced to 1/10 compared to existing halogen searchlight and life of light source is extended about 30 times or more. It is group efforts of DAEYANG take the lead in environmental company by replacing existing halogen searchlight to develop and apply by eco-friendly LED light source.

We reduced beam angle by emitting light of the LED light source in reflector and improved heat radiating performance by inside of built-in heat pipe. Consumption power is also lowered greatly from 1,000W of halogen to 60 W of LED and 2,000W of halogen to 170 W of LED. By these our efforts, life time of LED source is extended to 30,000Hrs. It is about times longer than 900Hrs of halogen light and reduced maintenance costs accordingly.

DAEYANG reefer container socket is made by stainless 316L, which is excellent to durability, corrosion resistance and shock resistance. For example, in case of flange, it is excellent to corrosion resistance because it is made by non-corrosive material.

The DAEYANG Housing technology, which applied to reefer container socket, is very excellent to waterproof, and dust enough to meet IP67 by welded stainless steel structure. Depending on custom-made, it is possible to make 1 ~ 9 Gang.

The durability and waterproof of gland is very well by not assembly method but welding and its spec and size of gland can be changed by customer requirements.

Circuit Breaker is operated with switching mechanism. And its safety is more increased by locking system as which the plug cannot be disconnected during operation. Furthermore, it makes the power supply shut down automatically in case it is unplugged.

Based on long experience, watertight receptacles and switches are designed by easily use and install in the ocean.

In the severe and harsh marine environment, products must be able to withstand from mechanical stress and also protect electrical equipment from dust and moisture. Watertight receptacle and switch from DAEYANG, which made by standard DIN TYPE can be installed on heavy duty areas such as machinery area, outdoor use (Wet and Moisture area), engine room due to the excellent quality.

Material of watertight receptacle and switch are polycarbonate or brass.
The unique strengths of DAEYANG can produce and supply products depending on installation location and requirements such as various switching functions (1-WAY, 3-WAY) and fitting to CABLE O.D.
As a product that is installed in the accommodation, non - watertight receptacles and switches are designed very simply and easily to use. Based on
installing condition, it can be applied by SURFACE TYPE and FLUSH TYPE. Non - watertight receptacles and switches, which based on Schuko CEE7/4
TYPE, can be possible to diversified supply by each country such as UK type, USA type etc.

In addition, DAEYANG offers a wide kind of PLUG to fits JUNCTION BOX and SOCKET which you can do easily wires connection to various equipment.
