GC250

Despite the compact dimensions, GC250 includes the main engine and alternator protections like oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power and fuel level.

The same controller can be used for electronic engines with CAN interface J1939 and MTU MDEC protocols, and MPU engines (non-electronic) as well.

Configuring the inputs, outputs and protections, GC250 can be easily adapted to suit a wide range of applications.

GC250 offers a wide, graphic display 128 x 64 pixels providing icons for alarms/warning and for signalling the status of the engine, controller and data logs as well.

All the parameters can be set directly by the controller´s keyboard or, alternatively using the free software tool (BoardPRG3), available from SICES website.

GC315

Capable AMF and Autostart genset controller with 3 phase (RMS) mains voltages and 3 phase (RMS) generator voltages and currents monitoring. Integrated J1939 Canbus interface to electronic engines, and traditional interface for non-electronic engines.

GC315 is suited for managing the most common three-phases generator applications (Single Prime Mover and Single Stand-by gensets).

Extensive input and output capability with optional communication interfaces (Plus and Link 5G ready versions), make this an extremely powerful single genset controller.

The adjustable parameters of the controller allow the use of this device for standard and customized tasks, can be directly set with the controller´s keyboard, or using the free software tool (BoardPrg3), available on SICES Website.

A version with built in GPRS/GPS tracking (GC315Link 5G) is particularly suited for mobile or rental applications, where asset tracking and monitoring is required.

GC400

GC400 is a comprehensive controller particularly suggested for managing different types of synchro/parallel applications, especially for MPM (Multiple Prime Mover) and MSB (Multiple Stand-by) power plants, where the synchronization of several gensets is required.

GC400 design allows an easy and fast installation, thanks to the internal load sharing and synchronizer.

GC400Mains version, is the perfect controller for those plants where the reverse synchronization is required to avoid any drop voltage on load.

All the GC400 versions have a direct interface via CAN J1939 with a wide range of electronic engines (Volvo Penta, Scania, Perkins, MTU, Deutz, Cummins, John Deere, Caterpillar and others) and they can be also used with traditional engines by the embedded analogue sensors.

GC600

The highly capable GC600 processor-based genset controller, is extremely well featured for parallel applications, it includes a large PLC to ensure customers’ onsite application requirements can be fully met.

A large full colour display makes these controllers suitable for a wide range of applications while presenting operating status in a clear easy to view format.

Available in two versions, It can be interfaced with both CANBUS J1939 electronic engines and traditional engines, with digital/analogue sensors.

BTB200

The BTB200 controller provides the ability to control a bus tie breaker, for applications where it is necessary to divide the common bus-bars during certain operating conditions.

It manages the synchronisation between the two separated halves of the bus-bars (named A and B), based on an input signal, taking into account the number of generator sets connected on the two halves.

Generator sets synchronisation is achieved directly by the CANBUS connection to the SICES genset controllers, or alternatively by using analogue lines.

BTB200 measures the current flow across the tie breaker (3ph) by means of current transformers. It is able to measure the active (kW), reactive (kvar) and apparent power (kVA) exchanged on the bus-bars (and the power factor too), showing the flowing direction (A to B or B to A) on the display and by the LEDs on the front panel.

BTB200 also measures the total energy on the bus-bars using energy counters (active and reactive, A to B and B to A).

DST4602 EVOLUTION

DST4602Evolution is the top-level device among SICES controllers.
It is an highly configurable genset controller for advanced and complex parallel applications, where a huge number of settings are required (functions and parameters) for the genset management, and its auxiliary circuits.

DST4602Evolution allows to connect up to 24 gensets on the same bus, working in island mode and in parallel with the mains.

Thanks to the controller’s high configurable level and built-in PLC functions (with PID blocks), DST4602Evolution can be used for CHP power plants equipped with Gas, Diesel, Biofuel and Dual fuel Engine. The controller also features fully integrated Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR) control, furthering its ability for such applications.

HS315

HS315 aims to minimise generator run time and optimize both fuel consumption and running hours.
This hybrid controller features whole site voltages and currents monitoring with the ability to communicate with smart batteries.

HS315 has been designed to control DC generator and is able to monitor load and battery levels, as well as manage the automatic stop/start of the genset.

Specific functions have been included to ensure a comprehensive control and protection of the genset, the battery, the charging system and of an auxiliary renewable power source (if any).

The standing control of the battery, and its charging process, ensures the battery long lasting, reducing fuel consumption and service/maintenance on the engine.

The in-built BMS provides information like charge level and remaining supply time estimation, allowing manual control of the system as well. Configurable specific I/O are provided assuring the specific requirements of the application.

RN200

The RN200 allows the application to maximise the use of renewable energy sources without risk of running the gensets in an underloaded condition, while ensuring sufficient power is available to meet step load demands.

The RN200 enables a fuel efficient load demand scheme to start and stop the unrequired gensets and also by communication with the renewable energy source, vary the contribution of renewable energy into the system.

By combining the efficiency of renewable energy with the capability of the gensets, the RN200 seeks to minimise fuel consumption and individual genset runtimes, without compromising the security of supply to the load.

D-PRO

Multifunction protection relay used to provide additional protection to installation in more demanded applications such as medium or high voltage or oil & gas installations.

D-PRO features a can-bus connection to integrate it into a DST4602 evolution based control system, or alternatively it can be used stand-alone connecting to the control system via its relays and inputs.

MP250

The relay will monitor the mains parameters and should it detect an out of limits value, it will issue a trip command to cease parallel operation with the mains supply.

The MP250 features multistage protections for under and over voltage, under and over frequency as well as rate of change of frequency (rocof), and vector shift. All alarms are configurable to provide fault ride through capability to prevent nuisance tripping. The unit allows full compliance with relevant grid codes such as BDEW including G59/3 and G99.

The MP250 displays its operating status and alarms via an lcd display and led indicators. Operation and alarm reset is by front mounted push-buttons. Parameters are accessible from either the front panel or by connection to PC using the Boardprg software.
