G16 Smoke Density Monitor
The G16 Smoke Density Monitor is our newly developed Opacity Monitor. The Smoke Density Monitor uses green laser technology and can be configured up to 8 detectors per monitor. The G16 Smoke Density Monitor has received ABS Type Approval.
The G16 Smoke Density Monitor is an advanced smoke and dust monitoring system designed to the highest standard for use on a range of industrial applications. Using state of the art module design and solid green laser technology, the its double-pass measurement method provides an Opacity Monitor that is easy to install, rugged and reliable.
The Transceiver with laser, optical system and electronics are of rugged construction with a high environmental rating. The double pass measurement combined with a perfectly aligned optical laser secures a high level of performance and reliability, even on large duct diameters.
The operator interface (HMI) provides easy system configuration calibration and verification, thanks to a menu driven user- friendly interface. The interface consist of a touchscreen, relay contacts, analog outputs and Modbus TCP/IP communication for integration into a wider emission monitoring system.
The G16 Opacity Monitoring system can be arranged with audit module for easy verification.
The G16 Opacity Monitor is designed to resist heat and vibration, thus the system is robust while operating in the extreme working environment in and around smoke stacks on board the ocean ongoing vessels.
The purge air system will keep the optical windows against soot contamination. The optical parts can be cleaned easily without any special tools. With no moving parts, the system does not require much maintenance except occasional cleaning of the lenses and calibration.
G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector
The G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector is our newly developed double-pass opacity monitor. The system uses the latest green laser technology, and can be configured up to 8 detectors per monitor.
The G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector is used to detect oil mist in open spaces such as pump rooms, engine rooms, and other facilities.
Large Area Coverage
The G26 has the several decisive advantages compared to the single point extractive sampling system. Each detector can cover a much larger area. The scanning distance of a detector is from 1 to 15 meters.
Simple & Reliable System
The G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector is a simple and reliable system. The line of sight measurement does not require any sampling devices. This feature minimizes the system operating faults causing by any parts of the sampling devices including the mechanical or contamination problems over time. With no moving parts, the system does not require much maintenance except occasional cleaning of the lenses and calibration.
The double pass opacity meter is known with its reliability, high accuracy and precision since it detects the real undiluted oil mist clouds in the atmosphere. The G26 Ambient Oil Mist Detector is designed purposely to marine application thus the system is robust while operating in the extreme working environment at sea.
The monitor of the G26 has an HMI module for visualization and operation. The graphic visualization on the home screen shows an immediate overview of the atmospheric oil mist conditions in different locations under detection. The feature provides possibility for quick handling of any minor oil leakage much earlier before any alarms come.
G36 and G36p Oxygen Analyzers
Green Instruments´ oxygen analyzer is very robust and user friendly. It is available in two versions: The G36 Oxygen Analyzer is a stand alone box whereas the G36p is designed for panel mounting.
Both the G36 and the G36p are MED approved by the DNV and they have BV, DNV, and Lloyds Register Type Approval.
G36 Oxygen Analyzer
The G36 Oxygen Analyzer is suitable for modular system integration with an extra robust enclosure of IP67. The G36 Oxygen Analyzer has received certification under the European Marine Equipment Directive´s new heading A1/3.54 for fixed oxygen analyzers and product type approvals from both Lloyds Register and DNV. The working ambient temperature ranges from -15oC to +55oC.
G36p Oxygen Analyzer
The G36p is Green Instruments´ first panel mounted analyzer. When the analyzer is panel mounted the enclosure is IP55 and the working ambient temperature is extended to 70oC.
Both analyzers can be delivered as spare parts or as part of a complete system as for example the G3600/G3601 Inert Gas Oxygen Analyzing System, the G3620 Stack Gas Oxygen Analyzing System.
G41xx NOx/O2 Analyzing System
Green Instruments´ NOx analyzer - the G41xx NOx/O2 Analyzing System - is a direct in situ gas analyzer that monitors NOx and O2 concentrations in emission gas.
The NOx analyzer provides a cost-effective solution to help fulfill tightening emission regulations as well as supporting the most effective operation for all types of combustion processes. It is designed to meet the challenging requirements for monitoring the inlet and outlets of selective catalytic reduction systems (SCR) on all types of combustion sources.
New Zirconia Sensor Technology Allows Real-time Measurements
The G41xx NOx analyzer uses a zirconium oxide (ZrO2) sensor with multiple diffusion cells. The sensor is small and robust and can be installed directly on the stack without special protection.
The technology of the GI NOx analyzer allows real-time measurement of NOX and O2 on wet basis at high temperatures. This avoids sampling lines and multiplexing systems, coolers and converters with all their disadvantages.
The simple plug-n-play design makes it easy and cost-effective to install, operate, and maintain. A complete system includes an automatic back-flushing ejector probe that is connected to an analyzing board with analyzer and air supply and calibration gas ports.
The G41 NOx analyzer is type approved by both Lloyds Register and DNV-GL. It provides you with real time data on NOx in ppm and O2 in percent. This data can be integrated in any system. Green Instruments offers the G49xx family for this purpose.
