BELLMARINE ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM

The Transfluid Bellmarine electric propulsion system offers a highly efficient marine and industrial solution that combines permanent magnet motor technology, modular gearboxes, and specialized LiFePO4 battery packs. Boasting motor and drivetrain efficiency of up to 97%, the system supports both pure electric and parallel hybrid configurations for zero-emission, silent, and reliable operation. While flagship electric inboard motor lines—such as the Drivemaster and Torquemaster—provide compact, ready-to-use integration with liquid or air cooling options, the EPS Marine system maximizes vessel maneuverability and performance. For those seeking greater flexibility, the parallel hybrid system fits compactly between an internal combustion engine and the transmission using standard SAE connections, offering the combined benefits of traditional fuel-based range and on-the-go charging alongside zero-emission electric cruising. In terms of power output, the system covers a broad spectrum ranging from low-power auxiliary units like the 15 kW SailMaster to high-performance industrial and marine drives delivering 100 kW continuous power (134 hp) and 130 kW peak power (174 hp) at 3000 rpm. MARINE HYBRID PROPULSION SYSTEM

The Transfluid marine hybrid propulsion system offers boats high efficiency, operational flexibility, and eco-friendly solutions through a parallel hybrid architecture that combines an internal combustion engine with an electric motor. This system enables silent, zero-emission electric cruising in sensitive areas—such as harbors or protected natural zones—while allowing the vessel to reach standard cruising speeds using conventional diesel power in open waters. Capable of charging onboard lithium batteries by utilizing the electric motor as a generator when the internal combustion engine is running, the system also activates a "booster" function that combines the power of both motors during rapid acceleration or high-demand situations. Designed for both new builds and retrofitting existing vessels without requiring structural modifications, this technology prevents engine wear caused by low-load operation and can power auxiliary ship systems independently of the main engine via integrated power take-offs (PTOs).

PUMP DRIVES AND PRO UNITS

Transfluid’s modular power transmission systems are designed to transmit mechanical energy between diesel engines and hydraulic pumps with maximum efficiency in industrial and marine applications. Single pump drives (SRBD and SPD) within the product range dampen engine vibrations and perfectly compensate for misalignment, thanks to their rubber-block coupling structures and flexible tower designs that can be rotated into 12 different positions. For applications requiring higher power output, multi-pump drives (MPD)—installed between the engine and the transmission—enable the safe, simultaneous operation of up to eight pumps via gear-driven PTO outputs. Furthermore, these advanced units offer complete, durable system solutions by integrating with professional power transmission assemblies (Pro Units), such as KPTO hydraulic couplings for gradual startups, Rangermatic/Revermatic powershift transmissions for smooth directional changes, or the independent SU series designed to relieve the load on the engine flywheel.
