The system performs continuous, automated, 24/7 fuel quality analysis using water sensors, particle counters, and flow meters that comply with EI 1598 standards. Unlike traditional methods, it completes daily sump tests and quality checks via an automated sampling process that requires no human contact. It features an eco-friendly design that completely eliminates fuel loss by returning the tested fuel to the main loop. Capable of remotely transmitting all collected data to quality management systems via LAN, WLAN, or 5G connections, this technology ensures safe transfer control even in high-risk explosive environments, such as ATEX Zone 1.
